What's New on the Farm

Sharon and the Alpaca

As we all know the past 2 months have been very different than what we have been used to.

John and I have been in isolation since March 15th. We have been working on so many things like adding windows to the mill and expanding the mill.

We are going to paint the gift shop it has been 11 years since we opened and it is time to refresh it.

We have been working on last years fiber as we will be shearing May 30th. This year we will not be having our Annual Open House and "Day at the Spa". The animals will still be sheared but we plan to do some live videos during the day.

This time has also given us the opportunity to think about how we can do curbside orders and expand our business when we are allowed to reopen.

Right now we are selling eggs and hay but want to sell yarn and finished good products in our shop.

I have an Etsy account: LoriDDesigns were I have posted some of the hand dyed yarns, scarves, pins and brooches for sale.

Even the alpacas miss our customers

Well be safe and be kind
